University of Wyoming's Solar Decathlon Team Places 4th!
The University of Wyoming's Solar Decathlon team had their final jury presentations on April 20-23 at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in Golden, Colorado. The results were 4 awards:

1st place (3-way tie) Energy Performance

1st place Comfort and Environmental Quality

1st place (4-way tie) Occupant Experience
-
3rd place Embodied Environmental Impact
Wind River: University of Wyoming's Solar Decathlon Project
The University of Wyoming's Solar Decathlon team began in November of 2021 to compete in the 2023 Solar Decathlon Build Challenge hosted by NREL and the U.S Department of Energy. Our goal is to create a net zero, low carbon home that performs well for decades to come.
